Beds

Please unpack the beds and leave the sheets on the bed.

Your trash cans

Bins must be taken out on Wednesday (yellow bin, packaging), Thursday and Sunday (household bins).

On the Saturday of your departure, you have to go and throw the garbage in the containers of the city, located Chemin de la Frayère or Avenue des Termes (800 m to the left when leaving the kitchen).

There is no pick up  empty bottles that must be brought to the containers in the city.

State of play

Sandrine will check the overall condition of the house on the day of departure. However, the house being large, the final state will be made after your departure.

do not forgetthat we will deduct a lump sum from your deposit for each breach found:

- Bins not emptied: 30 €

- Furniture not returned to its original place, or cupboards with change of destination: €30 per piece of furniture.

- Garden furniture not returned to its original place: €30 per piece of furniture

- Uncleaned barbecue and/or Plancha: €30 per equipment. It is essential to check the grease trap in the BBQ cabinet and change it before you leave.

- Sheets not undone: €10 per room.

- Dishwasher not emptied: €20 per machine.

Keys

When you leave, you leave the two sets of keys on the kitchen cabinet.

The deposit will be automatically canceled by Swickly.com within 72 hours after your departure, unless damages
