As soon as you arrive, please leave an envelope with the cash amount of the options on the kitchen cabinet. Sandrine, site manager, will pick up the envelope quickly, on the evening of your arrival.

The entry inventory is made by you.

Villa Timautine is in very good general condition.

You must report to Sandrine, with photos by sms, the damaged elements, within 24 hours after your arrival.

Sandrine will check the overall condition of the house on the day of departure. However, the house being large, the final state will be made after your departure.

Don't forget that we will deduct a lump sum from your deposit for each violation found:

- Trash cans not emptied: 30 €

- Furniture not returned to its original place, or cupboards with change of destination: €30 per piece of furniture.

- Garden furniture not returned to its original place: €30 per piece of furniture

- Uncleaned barbecue and/or Plancha: €30 per equipment. It is essential to check the grease trap in the BBQ cabinet and change it before you leave.

- Sheets not undone: €10 per room.

- Dishwasher not emptied: €20 per machine.
